3. Data sharing

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
No tracking or analytics will be used on this form.
Data is only shared with Mollie for transaction processing — their privacy policy applies to that processing.
No other external recipients receive your data unless legally required.

4. Retention period

Order and transaction records are retained for 10 years as required by § 147 AO (German Tax Code) for business and tax records.
Upon order cancellation, all data not subject to legal retention requirements will be deleted without undue delay, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Personal details remain private and will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission, except where required by law.

If you prefer to be contacted via Discord, Telegram, or Matrix, please review and accept their respective privacy policies. Communication through these platforms is subject to their terms of service and data practices, which are independent of this policy.

7. Data provision requirement

Providing your personal data (especially e-mail and contact handles) is necessary to process your custom order. Without this information, we cannot fulfill your order or contact you regarding clarifications or changes. There are no statutory consequences for refusing to provide data.
